Touch of Elegance Spa – Refund & Cancellation Policy

​At Touch of Elegance Spa, we value your time and wellness, and we strive to provide a supportive and respectful environment for every client. The following policies are in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all appointments.
Appointment Responsibility & Reminders
Clients are fully responsible for managing their own appointments. Text and email reminders are provided as a courtesy but are not guaranteed. You may opt out of these notifications at any time.
Cancellations & Changes

More than 24 hours in advance: Clients may reschedule or cancel appointments by logging into the Touch of Elegance Spa website. Click into the MENU twice to view and manage your schedule.

1 hour or more before the appointment: No charge for cancellations.

Less than 1 hour or no contact: Full appointment fee will be charged.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals

No-shows are charged full price.

Please arrive on time. Delays over 10 minutes without contact will be considered a no-show and charged in full. Services may be shortened to fit the original time slot.
Illness Policy
If you or a household member is ill on the day of service, please text or call to reschedule — there will be no charge. Advance notice is appreciated whenever possible.
Confidentiality & Payment
All client information is kept strictly confidential.
We accept all major credit cards and Venmo. Receipts are available upon request.
Insurance & Documentation
Touch of Elegance Spa does not file insurance claims or communicate with insurance providers or legal representatives.
Upon request, we will provide receipts and treatment notes for clients to submit on their own.
For those using HSA or insurance reimbursement, confirm in advance whether massage/manual therapy is eligible.

Medical Support & Aftercare Guidance

Clients receiving Perrin Technique Medical Massage are encouraged to bring a family member or support person to observe and assist post-treatment.

Avoid painkillers (especially anti-inflammatories like ibuprofen) for the first 72 hours unless otherwise advised. Tylenol is typically fine.

Healing is supported by hydration, gentle movement, heat, elevation, compression, and Epsom salt baths.
Professional Standards

Pets and strong scents (perfumes, scented oils) should be avoided on treatment days.

Sexual harassment is not tolerated under any circumstances.

Massage therapists are not licensed to diagnose or prescribe medical treatment.

By receiving services, you affirm that:
